Biography

Andrew joined Holtey Law as a partner in 2021. Andrew’s practice focus is appeals, appellate/trial consulting, and all areas of family law, including the following specialties:

Originally from Southern California, Andrew has lived in Portland since 2009. He spends his free time watching soccer, exploring new types of food and wine, and getting outside with his wife and their two boys.
